The purpose of this dictionary is to simplify as much as possible and not to burden the reader with rules and exceptions of grammar, syntax, different word meanings and pronunciation. However, a remark about the transliteration is necessary. Generally the continental pronunciation of Roman spelling was used in order to convey the sounds of words belonging to languages with non-Latin Alphabets.
